We, as an internet service provider, are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To file an infringement claim, specific information must be provided.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Details of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and its location.
- Contact information of the complaining party.
- A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized.
- A declaration of the accuracy of the information provided.
Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for misrepresentation in an infringement notice.

It is important to note that we may disclose the identity of the copyright infringement claimant to the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notification for copyright infringement, you can send a counter notice to have the material restored. The counter notification must include specific elements as per section 17 USC §512(g)(3).
- Your signature.
- Description of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement affirming your belief in the mistaken removal of the material.
- Your contact details and consent to legal jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against copyright infringement and monitor repeat offenders. Accounts of users who violate this policy will be terminated.
